The final road to Morocco starts across the continent

The final road for the 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations begins in earnest when the final round of qualifiers kick-off from 14-23 February 2022.

The original draw was held in May 2021, with the first round taking place between 18 and 26 October 2021 on a home and away basis.

The qualification started with 44 nations taking part in the qualifiers, but now after the first round, only 20 remain – and these match-ups will produce the 10 teams required to travel to Morocco.

There are only 10 spots remaining following the qualification of hosts Morocco as well as Uganda https://www.cafonline.com/press-release/news/kenya-withdraw-from-qualifiers-uganda-to-play-women-s-afcon-morocco-2022-finals
