Copperbelt Ladies remain the only team in the 2024 season of the Hollywoodbets Super League with an unblemished record.
After five rounds of matches, the Limpopo outfit is yet to lose a match, registering two wins and three draws – they could extend that run when they face the struggling Thunderbirds Ladies on Sunday, 31 March in Polokwane.

The Limpopo side is currently fourth on the table on nine points, three adrift of defending league champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies and the second-placed University of Pretoria.

The struggle continues for Eastern Cape’s Thunderbirds Ladies as they have now gone five rounds of fixtures without a point. In the process they have conceded 15 goals, scoring only two.

Week 5 of the 2024 Hollywoodbets Super League was raining goals, with a total of 35 netted – the highest margin since the start of the current campaign, with no team managing a clean, another first for 2024.
The highest-goal scoring matches saw JVW beating the University of Fort Hare 5-1 (in a match that saw Nompumelelo Nyandeni score on her return to the clubs after parting ways with TS Galaxy Queens), with Sundowns Ladies registering the same victory against Durban Ladies.
Next in line were 4-1 scorelines recorded in three games – TUT defeating City Lads, the UJ Ladies overcoming TS Galaxy Queens and First Touch Ladies brushing aside Lindelani Ladies.
In other results Tuks Ladies had the better of Thunderbirds Ladies, while the spoils were shared in the fixtures Richmond United vs Copperbelt Ladies as well as Royal AM vs UWC.
