Week 21 of the Hollywoodbets Super League promises to be a bumper weekend as the top four sides will be go into battle in an effort to maintaining their positions.
The second round of the Tshwane Derby will unfold between log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies and their third-placed neighbours, TUT, in a mouth-watering tie on Sunday (25 September), while JVW, who are in second position on the table, will face fourth-placed University of the Western Cape on Saturday (24 September).

The clashes will take place at the TUT Stadium and at Parow Park respectively.
In the first round, the Brazilians showed no mercy to TUT beating them 5-1 (Sunday, 22 May), and will be hoping to continue where they left off to cement their stranglehold at the top of the table.
On the same day, UWC and JVW played to a goalless draw.
But with the finish line in sight, none of the teams will want to drop points if they are to mount any challenge on the lead that the defending champions are enjoying.

But the weekend’s action kicks off on Friday (23 September) with the struggling Tsunami Queens hosting Richmond United at the Bohlokong Stadium in Bethlehem. Tsunami is second from bottom and are in serious danger of relegation if they don’t improve their situation – they have six points from 18 matches, with one victory to their name, three draws and 14 defeats.
They are no different to Golden Ladies who are at the basement of the league table, also on six points, but have played two more matches (20) – suffering 16 losses in the process, and getting one win and three draws.

The North West side will be hoping to continue where they left off from their last match when they notched their first win of the season – this time they are facing newcomers Vasco da Gama from Cape Town on Sunday (25 September) at the Montshioa Stadium.
Golden Ladies and Tsunami Queens are the only two sides still to reach double figures in the points column.

Also on Saturday Bloemfontein Celtic Ladies welcomes Thunderbirds Ladies at the Mpumalanga Stadium in Hammersdale, Limpopo’s Ma-Indies FC travels to Johannesburg for a date with the University of Johannesburg FC at the UJ Soccer Stadium in Soweto, while City Lads Ladies will be hoping for better luck after being walloped 9-1 in their last league match by JVW – this time they entertain First Touch FC.
Durban Ladies will visit Mpumalanga to take on Coal City Wizards at the Puma Stadium in Witbank.
