U17 Women’s WC draw date set, host cities confirmed

The world football governing body, FIFA, has announced that the draw for the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup India 2022 will take place the 24th of June in Zurich, Switzerland.

FIFA has also confirmed three hosts cities for the tournament: Bhubaneswar, Goa and Navi Mumbai.

Seven countries, including hosts India have already booked their places, namely: Brazil, Chile, China PR, Colombia, Japan and New Zealand. With 16 teams set to contest the trophy, nine places are still up for grabs.
